The indoor pool was lovely, and the fitness center kept me mildly fit. Loved the poolside laughs!

The HVAC system sounded like a jet engine; I nearly booked a flight just to escape the noise!

Only the location.....being from the UK, we find negotiating major highway, complex junctions, challenging to negotiate!

The hotel is very good. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is great: near highway and rail. Rooms are spacious and clean. Just about perfect. Food served is excellent.

Breakfast should be included in room price.

I loved how close this place is to great dining options like Shake Shack and cafes, and the beautiful nearby parks made for perfect weekend strolls, bringing a sense of tranquility amidst the city buzz.

Performed well in the bar following the power outage due to hurricane sandy.

Having to pay $10 per day for the internet when even the local laundromat offered free internet! Morning restaurant staff were surly and slow and paying over $15 for two cold cereals and one toast seemed excessive. Following a fire alarm at approx 2345 guests were permitted to wander in and out of the hotel. No one assumed charge and no check was made of who exactly was present.

The bed was VERY comfortable. The room was attractive, comfortable and clean. Also, I felt very safe at this location.

The cost of WIFI surprised me a bit.

The pool area is beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxation.

There was no replacement of toiletries or cups .

During my recent visit, I had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the comfortable bed in my room, which really helped after a long day of exploring nearby attractions. The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive at times.

poor room lighting somewhat difficult to locate. Signs helped, but still it was partially hidden.

I had an enjoyable weekend in dedham. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was well-organized and exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit.
